Welcome to the Pearson Lakes Art Center
A Creative Gathering Place for All
Since 1965, the Pearson Lakes Art Center has been a place for the Iowa Great Lakes community to enjoy, learn, grow, and create. Today, it is one of Iowa’s leading art centers, serving residents and visitors alike.
PLAC brings world-class visual art, an outdoor sculpture trail, performances, educational programs, and culinary experiences to the Iowa Great Lakes region. Whether you are visiting for the weekend or call the area home, there is something here for you.
Explore our six galleries, annually rotating outdoor sculpture trail, 300-seat performing arts theatre, ArtSmart Interactive Children's Gallery, classrooms, clay studio, library, and gift shop.
Admission is free every day. Attend a performance, explore the galleries, or take a class and create. We look forward to welcoming you to the Pearson Lakes Art Center.
