Learn the art of making homemade bagels! This hands-on class will teach you how to properly mix, roll, boil, and bake these perfect vehicles for your favorite cream cheese schmears. Enjoy freshly baked tastings during class and take home a bagel recipe, dough scraper, and eight bagels to enjoy! Class is 2 – 2 ½ hours.
