With a dad as an avid gardener and a mom who ran Le’s Creative Cakery out of their home, it’s natural these sisters like to play in the kitchen!
In this class, Joleen and Karen will feature root vegetables mixed with other tasty ingredients. Guests will sample dishes of appetizers to desserts, and everything in between – all using root vegetables. They might even share bread using one of their mom’s favorite recipes… Humble vegetables can become something truly beautiful with a little care, a few warm spices, and a delicious finishing drizzle.
Just a warning: this ain’t your Mama’s mushy cooked carrots, and there will be meat! Glass of wine included.
