Native Iowan and accomplished chef Brandon Muetzel, has spent 25 years building a thriving career in the culinary arts in New Orleans and beyond. His expertise and dedication earned him numerous accolades, including representing the Palace Café at the prestigious James Beard House in New York City. Brandon is pleased to be back in the Lakes Area this summer and has designed two very unique culinary events. In his typical laid-back style he invites guests to come, relax, learn, laugh, and enjoy!
