In this beginner class, Natasha will lead you in a small group setting as you learn the basics of making sourdough bread. Class includes instruction, a sourdough starter, taste samples, and hands on experience mixing and kneading a mini loaf you will take home to bake and enjoy! Class is 2 – 2 ½ hrs.
