In this hands-on cooking class, Marisa will guide you in cooking a decadent meal of tender lobster ravioli topped with butter sauce. You will hand make ravioli dough from scratch, a flavor-packed grilled crostini, and a citrus vinaigrette for the salad course. There will be a special sweet dessert to end the meal. Glass of wine included. Class time is 2 - 2 ½ hours.
