About the instructor: Jennifer Tritle-Oitzman is a native of the Iowa Great Lakes. She has been in the Wine, Beer, and Spirits Industry since 2000 having worked both in restaurants and with alcoholic beverage distributors as a Sales Representative and Business Manager, and is currently the Sales and Key Account Manager for Okoboji Wines. She earned her Certified Wine Specialist (CSW) certification in 2011 and has continued to expand her knowledge over the years. Jennifer loves this industry as it is a mix of ever-changing trends and new products as well as steeped in tradition with a deep history.
