This beginner-friendly workshop is designed to help you try out the pottery wheel and get a basic introduction to the process, perfect if you’re curious and want to see if it’s something you’d like to continue. With an introduction to the fundamentals of wheel throwing, you will create a cylinder style piece, with guided support every step of the way. Each participant will complete one piece, finished with your choice of blue, green, or white glaze. We’ll take care of all the kiln firings after drying and again after glazing. Finished pieces will be ready for pickup in about 3 weeks at PLAC.
