Wine Dinner with Tasting & Pairing!
Join us for a 5-course dinner prepared by Chef Susanne Bicknese. Our guest for the evening will be Trey Johnson of Alexander Valley Vineyards. He will walk us through the pairings and tell us the winery's history.

Amuse Bouche: Thai lacquered pork belly with Asian slaw | Wine Country pizza | Mini Rainbow pancakes with dipping sauce. Wine pairing: Alexander Valley Vineyards Gewurz, Mendocino County
Salad Course: Roasted butternut squash, crispy prosciutto, goat cheese, and dried cranberries on a bed of greens dressed with a cider-Dijon vinaigrette. Wine pairing: Alexander Valley Vineyards Chardonnay, Alexander Valley
Pasta Course: Pappardelle with mushroom creme and zucchini ribbons. Wine pairing: Alexander Valley Vineyards Homestead Red Blend, Alexander Valley
Entrée/Main Course: Braised short ribs with gorgonzola polenta and stuffed tomatoes. Wine pairing: Alexander Valley Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon, Alexander Valley
Dessert Course: Dark Chocolate Trio: 3 Delicious bites with 1 pomegranate, 1 balsamic strawberry, and one candied hibiscus. Wine pairing: Alexander Valley Vineyards “Sin Zin” Zinfandel, Sonoma County
