The Pearson Lakes Art Center is currently accepting entries for its Biennial Exhibition. This juried exhibition is designed to further the art center’s mission by supporting and exhibiting contemporary art from the greater Midwest. Open to artists 18 years of age and older, this exhibition traditionally brings together a diverse group of artists working in a variety of media.
Founded in 1965, the Pearson Lakes Art Center has served as a cultural institution for the community and Northwest Iowa for 60 years. During this period, the Art Center has remained dedicated to its mission of bringing the excitement of the visual arts to the region through education, exhibition, permanent collections and the support of artists.
