Class Details: Dive into the spicy Szechuan style of Chinese cuisine! Through multiple courses, you will explore the different textures, spices, and methods used in this exciting and fun cooking style. Practice your chopstick skills; you’ll need them!
Instructor Bio: Eric received a wok for a college graduation present, and has been cooking Chinese ever since. Inspired by the gift, Eric took a six-week Chinese cooking class to learn more about the cuisine. He has been making egg rolls for Christmas gifts for friends and family for the last 40 years. The most that he and his family made in one day was 350.
