Native Iowan Brandon Muetzel has spent nearly 25 years building a thriving career in the culinary arts in New Orleans and beyond. His expertise and dedication earned him the honor of representing the Palace Café at the prestigious James Beard House in New York City for the “Legends of the French Quarter” dinner. Guests will be treated to a multi-course dinner of traditional New Orleans fare, with a few thoughtful twists to make it a uniquely Iowa experience. This will be a true celebration of food, friendship and flavor!
