Join Chef Won Kim, of Kimski in Chicago, as he showcases simple Korean ingredients to create sauces and marinades perfect for any cookout, large or small! Won will demonstrate how to cook fire marinated chicken thighs, Bulgogi marinated short ribs and Asian slaw, then you will get to taste his creations. After the meal, there will be a Q&A session on the flavors you just tasted. West O Brewery will offer beer pairings to go with each item.
