Chinese Stir Fry Luncheon

Helen Alexander will explain the tips & techniques in preparing the perfect stir fry meal - keeping it simple, tasty, healthy, and seasonably fresh! This demonstration class will culminate in a lovely lunch of soup, three different stir fry dishes, herbal tea, dessert, and a glass of wine.
