Join Scott Ellenbecker, the Vintner and Chef Patron at Round Lake Vineyards & Winery for a multi-course wine dinner.
Experience foods that are big in flavor and balance with each
wine’s strongest characteristics. The theme takes on land, sea, and air with fresh ingredients sourced around the world and right next door. We’ll look at how the five flavor profiles of food:
sweet, salty, sour, bitter, and umami take on focused meaning when compared with each wine.
Registration is required by July 19.
About the Instructor: Scott Ellenbecker is the Vintner and Chef Patron at Round Lake Vineyards & Winery. After 15 years of international travel and a lifetime of developing his palate for food and wine, Scott leads the creative direction for the winery. After 30 years as a marketing executive, eating at the world’s finest and most unique restaurants, Scott has a unique perspective on food and flavor.
