Day one of the workshop will focus on learning the basics of throwing on the pottery wheel, while the second day will be dedicated to decoration techniques on leather hard work.

Roti will provide demonstrations and individualized instruction as participants experiment with different techniques and develop their own unique styles. The workshop will be held in a fully equipped ceramics studio, and all materials and tools will be provided including one 25# bag of clay provided per participant. By the end of the workshop, participants will have gained a solid understanding of the pottery wheel and a basic understanding of various surface decoration techniques.
