Policies

	TICKET PURCHASE POLICY
All tickets must be paid for at the time of the order. You may order by phone at 712-332-7029, with a MasterCard, Visa, or Discover Card. You may also purchase tickets at www.lakesart.org through Pay-Pal. Tickets may be purchased at the PLAC with cash, check, debit or credit cards. All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges, unless the event is cancelled. If an event is cancelled, we will provide a full refund for the amount paid for the tickets. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored on the new date. Refunds will be offered if you cannot attend on the rescheduled date. By completing a ticket purchase, you are agreeing to abide by the ticket purchase policy.

	INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
	If travel conditions are poor and our scheduled performers arrive in town on time, the performance will take place as scheduled and no refunds will be given. If the performers are unable to arrive in town and art center is unable to reschedule, a voucher will be issued for the amount of the ticket purchase to be used for a future performance. No cash refunds will be issued.

	FOOD AND DRINK
	No food allowed in the Theatre. Drinks with secure covers are allowed in the Theatre.
	LATECOMERS
	Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management to reduce the adverse impact on the performance.
	PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING DEVICES
	Photography and recording devices are strictly prohibited during the performance.
	CHILDREN
	Children aged one year and older must have a ticket. Parents should use their discretion in deciding which events are appropriate for their children.

	In order to comply with individual needs, please make your arrangements with the Pearson Lakes Art Center Box Office when purchasing tickets. Seating for patrons who use wheelchairs are available on a limited basis: reservations are suggested.
